Ces vignes de 40 ans, exposées plein Est, s’épanouissent fraîchement entre 303 et 340 mètres d’altitude, sur une colline opposée à la vallée de Saint-Romain. La forte présence de pierres calcaires, comme nous l’indique son nom, est la grande caractéristique de ce climat.
